•    Draw date will be on DECEMBER 10, 2010.
•    Winning raffle entry numbers will be randomly selected by the raffle system.
•    The generated raffle numbers will be printed-out or save in a disc for reference.
•    This data shall be verified and audited by LDB’s Audit Dept.
•    Raffle draw will be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative and will be held at LDB Head Office at Paciano Rizal, Calamba City, Laguna.
•    Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash. Taxes shall be shouldered by the Bank.
•    Referrer can only win once, if the name wins more than once, the referrer gets the bigger price.
•    All winners will be notified thru registered mail indicating the corresponding prize he/she won and how to claim it.
•    Prizes can be claimed at LDB Head Office at Paciano Rizal Calamba City, Laguna.
•    In claiming the prizes, the winners should bring the registered main and two (2) valid IDs (Passport, Driver’s License, new SSS and PRC IDs)
•    Unclaimed prizes within the 60-day prescribed period shall be forfeited upon prior approval of DTI.
